Arianna Summers has always been on her own. With her mother out of the picture, she has become quite skilled at fending for herself. As she closes in on her last semester at Seattle University, everything seems to be falling into place for her. But when she rebuffs a classmate's sexual advances she becomes the target of a vengeful murderer.
Something inside Officer Chase Reed sat up and took notice the second he laid eyes on Arianna. She was an intriguing mystery he was itching to unravel. When she called him in her time of need, he knew he would stop at nothing to protect her.
