I enjoyed the story of Kyle & Jessica. We have to make decisions that some people can't understand. Kyle left Jessica behind to go to the army. She has never forgiven him. But he has now run into her and wants to explain but Jess does not want to know. Jess is working in Colombia but it is not safe as the army is closing in to catch a wanted criminal and Jess is in the middle of it. Kyle goes to save her they need to go through the jungle can they work together. A great story of lost love but new beginnings.

This book was so good! It flew by for me and was really hard to put down. Books where "knight in shining armor" military men are involved tend to be favorites of mine. I knew there would be trouble when Kyle and Jessie bumped into each other in Columbia, which is not known for being the friendliest of places, after their relationship was left on a rough note years before. The danger and suspense involved kept my eyes glued to the pages. There were parts with people who were unbelievably frustrating, but I couldn't resist continuing to see the outcome. I loved all of the one on one time Jessie and Kyle had. I find that the more often couples are interacting with each other, the more I like the book. The questions I had kept me on edge, like "when will trouble find them?" or "when will their emotions catch up with them?". Kyle had so many secrets that I wanted Jessie to uncover. I loved when Jessie purposefully teased him, causing an effect on a particular area of his. I found it to be hilarious! I wish there would've been more of it. The romance aspect of the book was great, but I need steamy scenes, as well. It seemed to be just a lot of eye contact for a majority of the book. Too innocent for me. I thought the very ending could use more work, as well. It seemed really rushed, like 2 minutes after the door had been opened the story was over. I needed a little bit more there, too. Overall, this was a great book that I would definitely recommend reading!

What a bore!! Tried and tried to carry on and made 90% of the book but then it felt like I was pulling teeth. Couldn't put up with more.
