I rarely get writers block. The problem I have is finding the time to write. I usually have two projects on the go. One to edit and one to write, so I flit between the two. I don’t know if that helps prevent the dreaded block.

Write as often as you can. Don’t be put off by negative thoughts. Do some courses as they not only help you to improve your writing but they, also, introduce you to other writers. And you will need their help on the way. Never give up!

I’m currently writing the second novel in a series about the work of a DI in the National Crime Agency’s Sex Trafficking Unit. The theme of this one is child sexual exploitation. I’d done some research on the NCA and their work, and was fascinated by it.
