as someone who used to be a hardcore glee stan and klaine shipper, i agree with you but you can also ship Matt and Harry for fun and still be respectful of their partners. :) I think as long as people do it for fun and don't take things too far it's all good. I did use to be a huge Crisscolfer shipper but then ended up hating it because so many fans were absolutely awful to Mia and Will (mostly Mia tbh. The amount of misogyny and slut shaming thrown her way from fans was so fucked up). From what I can tell in the SH fandom it's not like that.
