This book is the first entry of the “Dragonlance” prose novels series, also this is the first book of the “Chronicles” trilogy. This is part of the franchise of “Dungeons & Dragons”.
DRAGONS & WARRIORS
I never played Dungeons & Dragons tabletop role-playing game and I don’t foreseen to ever playing in the future, but I was curious about the franchise in its area of prose novels, so I decided to read some of them, I don’t plan to read them one after another, but sometime to time, I think that they will be plenty of entertained reading alright, and well, while also I don’t plan to read all of them, I thought that it was wise to read the first one (along with the other two in the trilogy) that it began Dragonlance, one of the most popular modules of the game (also in the future, I plan to read some stuff from Forgotten Realms and Ravenloft).
It’s not my first cup of tea in epic fantasy since I already read the trilogy of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit and it’s no wonder that I found some similitudes and influences here in this first book about character types and ambiance, since it would be absurd that any author of epic fantasy wouldn’t read those books too since they are the best and most influential in the literary genre.
Dragonlance happens in a world known as Krynn that it was supposed to be under the care of the True Gods but people haven’t heard anything about them in many time and now The Seekers, leading a new sect are planning to take religious control of the world though the assistance of the Dragon Highlords that they have vast armies of reptilian-like soldiers in their command along with powerful big dragons too. The events are set in the continent of Ansalon.
In this first book, the action is managed through the fellowship of eight companions that after some adventures by their own, they promised to reunite after some time and that time comes…
Tanis Half-Even: Main protagonist, leader de-facto of the group, he’s a half-ef bastard.
Sturm Brightblade: Honorable knight.
Goldmoon: She’s not part of the original group but becomes a relevant character almost only second to Tanis. She’s the daughter of a tribe chied, bearer of the Blue Crystal Staff (this is huge in the book, trust me) and eventually became the first true cleric of the good since a many, many, MANY time, with the power of healing.
Riverwind: He wasn’t part of the original group either and he’s Goldmoon’s bodyguard and he’s in love of her too.
Caramon and Raistlin Majere: Twin brothers, but Caramon is a muscular mighty warrior, not so smart, while Raistlin is a frail figure but with cunnin mind and usually he’s not trusted by the group as much they do trust in Caramon.
Flint Fireforge: He’s a grumpy old dwarf and old friend of Tanis.
Tasslehoff Bufffoot: He’s a halfling type of human named kender (he’s like a hobbit but streetwise).
To the group will unite:
Laurana Kanan: She’s a gorgeous elven princess in love of Tanis, but he declines her love since he’s supposed to be in love with Kitiara Uth Matar (half-sister of the Majere brothers but she’s absent of the settled reunion). People think that she’s a defenseless princess but she’s not affraid to prove that she’s more than capable to engage in battle.
After their fateful reunion, the group will be attacked several times by Draconians, the footslodiers of the Dragon Highlords, and after looking for a lost city, they will end helping to liberate a lot of slaves from a cruel mines’ work, obviously there will be plenty of dragons for your own joy!
I won’t ge tinto details to avoid spoils, but certainly any fan of The Lord of the Rings and any other epic fantasy genre works, will enjoy a lot to read this novel.

GROWING PAINS
Gertrude (Gert for friends) finally was able to escape from Fairyland and her body got old according to her mind state and the years passed in real life…
…so everything was okay for (now) good ol’ Gert, right?
Wrong!
Gert passed 27 years of her life battling monsters and slaughtering almost anything alive in her sight (including the moon!), therefore, she didn’t develop the proper skills to live as an adult life in the (too normal) real world, she is losing job after job, where her only relief is imagining being able of slaying all the annoying normal people around her (Gert and normal people don’t mix).
Until she is kidnapped by the millionaire, William Wiggins, offering the only job that Gert is qualified to do…
…returning to Fairyland to find Wiggins’ son and getting him back to real world (of course, Wiggins also is planning to set a stable way to travel to Fairyland and selling entrance tickets).
Gert isn’t that thrilled to return to Fairyland but she asked for a good part of the money income about the theme park concept and since she isn’t able to do anything else in real world, she accepts the deal…
…but Wiggins assigned Rotwald (a talking rat, with one eye, originally from Fairyland, that he got by mistake, in his attempts to get his son back) to serve as chaperon and making sure that Gert would honor the deal.
Since Gert was a “guest” once in Fairyland, that making her able to get back there, however, past guests didn’t get to arrive directly to Fairyland…
…but having to go through…
…INFERNO!!!
A hostile region that it’s not hell (we already knew their version of hell in previous volumes) but still quite awful to live there, but luckily she got a guide!
ENTER: VIRGIL
Virgil is a faun and his mission is to guide Gert (with Rotwald along) through Inferno and reaching the gate to Fairyland, and everything could go smoothly, but…
…Gert had the “brilliant” idea of eating the map (maps and Gert don’t mix) and a journey of a couple of days…
…becoming years in Inferno!!!
But I don’t tell you more, to avoid spoiling you the fun of reading this awesome follow-up of the original run of I Hate Fairyland, that I was kinda concerned since while Scottie Young was still the writer, now the drawing art was by someone else, but definitely Brett Bean was the right choice for passing the torch in the illustration part of this new project, keeping the same feeling in the visual department (even in the issue #5 there is a cool situation where you can read a QR code to hear the song “The World” by Jack the Radio serving as musical backgroung to cover a big part of that fifth chapter of the TPB without dialogue).

CHILLING TALE
When the snows blow wild And the day grows old, Beware the Snowman, my child. Beware the Snowman, He brings the cold.
I hadn’t much hopes for this book, but I was greatly surprised that this Goosebumps novel was way better than I’d expected with spooky ambiance, interesting characters, some twists and a cool ending, it didn’t have any body count and even the real action isn’t happened until the final climax, but the development of the story was so well narrated giving real spooky setting that I had such a good blast reading the book that I considere done of the best in the line of Goosebumps that I’ve read, not the best, but definitely one of the best in the bunch of Goosebumps.
Jaclyn DeForest had to move to live with her aunt, Greta in Chiicago, when she was 5 years old, due losing her parents, and now with 12 years old, she is moving again since her aunt Greta is returning to a town called “Sherpia” (is this real or a made-up town, I guess it’s made-up) which is a snowy village at some mountains near the Artic Circle (is really near of the Artic Circle?! Or is i tan exageration, I didn’t get that).
This town, Sherpia, is almost deserted, but “decorated” almost on each corner with snowmen, having a spooky appearance with a scar in the faces, no less!
Jaclyn meet two siblings, Rolonda and Eli Browing, and they tell her unsettling stories about the reasons of having so many snowmen everywhere around, that Jacklyn doesn’t know if believe them or not, but something is clear…
…at the peak of the snowy mountain, there is an ice cave where…
…a Snowman monster lives there!!!
All this stuff about snowmen makes remember to Jacklyn about an old nursery rhyme that her parent read to her when she was a kid…
…why suddenly is she remembering that?
Near the the peak of the mountain, there is a cabin where a mysterious man named Conrad lives there along with a white wolf named Wolfbane, and something is quite clear…
…they don’t like people snooping around the ice cave!
I won’t detail more to avoid spoilers, but definitely this Goosebumps book was a cool (pun intended) reading experience and I enjoyed it a lot.
When the snows melt And the warm sun is with thee, Beware, the Snowman Fort he Snowman shall go free.

DOOM VS GALACTUS…’NUFF SAID!
I didn’t choose to buy this comic book but actually the guy in charge of comic books in the geek local store where I buy comics, he was the one who chose it for me, he told me that I need that comic and well…
...he was right!...
…in fact the comic book became in demand getting more value, which I don’t complain at all.
The first thing that got me off guard, it was that it’s not the Earth-616 Doctor Doom, since some Doctor Doom in the multiverse, where in his Earth, all heroes and villains faced Galactus…
…and they lost!...
…even space characters like the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Nova Corps, the Shiar Imperial Guard, everybody lost too!...
…only surviving Doctor Doom and Valeria Richards (that’s why it’s impossible to think about this Doom as the one from Earth-616.
Aaah! But Doctor Doom doesn’t survive…
…Doctor Doom endures! (his words, not mine!)
Galactus is on a frenzy hunger and everything in the universe is in peril…
…and obviously the only hope to stop Galactus is Doctor Doom, whom lost the first round but he is still alive (barely thanks to his magic knowledge), but Valeria Richards looks foor him and everything is set for second round!
Something that I found kinda unfair, it's that I noticed that this comic book got so many attention due the involment of Jonathan Hickman (which obviously is one of the best comic book writers in the industry, in special about Fantastic Four and Doctor Doom) and certainly I'm sure that he indeed collaborated in the project, but I think that the real "father" of this comic book was Sanford Greene, since you can notice that he was involved in all departments to make this comic book.
This comic book is highly recommended to any fan of Fantastic Four, in special of Doctor Doom, Valeria Richards and/or Galactus. Also, I have no doubt that this one-shot was published to start to make current boost to the characters of Doctor Doom and Galactus that both are expected to be relevant in the incoming phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

SPECIAL BOOK
This is a very special book to me, since it’s the first published novel by author Grace E. Robinson, and certainly I was thrilled to read it and even more of having it in my hands, since I ordered the paperback edition.
You can find this wonderful book in Amazon in its paperback form, but also you can buy it as e-book on several sites: Kindle, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Everand, Thalia, Smashwords, Angus & Robertson, Vivlio and Palace Marketplace.
You can contact her (here on Goodreads or in Facebook as “Grace E. Robinson – StorytellerGirl” and she’ll be delighted to tell you the options and links to buy the book.
You will enjoy the reading experience, I can assure you.
This novel is an outstanding epic adventure using the Finnish and Sami cultures, that they are wonderful and rich cultures, but not much known outside of Finland, so, this is a great opportunity of having an epic adventure that it doesn’t have anything to envy to popular sagas like Narnia or Lord of the Rings.
Another cool thing is that while the book is part of a series, the story in this novel is self-contained having a proper closure, in that way you can read it and later to decide if you wish to continue with the series.
The book includes maps of Finland and the magical land of Pohjola, along with an appendix explaining terms of Finnish and Sami cultures, including pronunciation (and I recommend to read the appendix before engaging with the story).
AWESOME ADVENTURE
In this adventure, you’ll travel not only to the farthest frozen regions of Finland, but also to the magical land of Pohjola, meeting wonderful characters, honorable heroes and ruthless villains.

…but they never imagined that a police investigation will take them to a magical land, full of mythical creatures, good and evil…
…where Lyylia’s sister and Ávgos’ cousing will follow their trail, finding themselves in dangerous regions of Pohjola…
…but they won’t be exactly totally strangers to Pohjola’s people, since Earth is known there as Kalevala, and they will find out that magic isn’t totally strange to them!

WISHES ARE IN THE DETAI wished to read a good book and I got it!
This a self-contained prose novel which is part of the “Goosebumps” book series
WISHES ARE IN THE DETAILS
Usually are good the stories about granting wishes since people never really got what they thought since they didn’t think carefully how to express their wishes.
This book wasn’t the exception since it’s quite good and I enjoyed a lot to read it.
I won’t spoil anything, therefore I won’t get into details about what exactly were the wishes but I can say that my only complain was about the second wish since the outcome was spooky enough but the main character didn’t commit any mistake about how she expressed her wish (of course, she didn’t meant to wish it) and even there is a dialogue of the wish granter explaining that magic is complicated and she granted the wish in the most accurate possible way but I didn’t buy it, there wasn’t anything wrong in the syntaxis of how the main character expressed her wish, so I think that R.L. Stine could take a little more time to re-write that scene and still show the planned outcome of the wish.
The other wishes definitely are what we want to read, since they are wishes that initially you think that they should work but they turned to the worst and if you read how the wish was expressed, you know why the wishes are becoming those results.
POOR SAM
I am quite impressed with this book since the main character, Samantha “Sam” Byrd doesn’t deserve all the troubles resulting from the wishes, even she got the wishes for being a nice person, she helped a strange lady, Clarissa (maybe an inside joke since she is a witch but instead of using “Sabrina”, R.L. Stine used a name of another character played by Melissa Joan Hart), and this witch as a reward, she granted three wishes to Samantha…
…and even more impressed since not matter she is a good person, the book will have a very dark ending (no, I won’t spoil it), but you will end with sad feelings for poor Sam since she, not only, doesn’t deserve all the troubles related to wishes, but also she doesn’t deserve her final outcome. Samantha Byrd is a 12 years-old kid, part of her school’s basketballl team, but not matter that she is quite tall for her age, she is a real klutz in the court, and also she is the target of a mean fellow player in the team, Judith Bellwood, that she is always trying to mess with poor Sam.
While Samantha at first doesn’t believe that the witch would be really able to grant her wishes, she tries to improve her situation at school, but you can guess that everything will turn to even worse scenarios with each wish.
Definitely, this is a Goosebumps book that I highly recommend, quite entertaining, quick to read, with spooky moments, and a very dark ending.

THE BOOK EVENT COMES TO AN END
Buffy Summers has been 5 years in the future dealing a dark scenario where Giles is king of the vampires controling all Sunnydale and several of her friends and allies are no more, even the supposed main villain Camaztoz, the Mayan god of the bats has fallen against this Vampire King Giles.
Vampire King Giles is by far, one of the best villains ever conceived in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, therefore, maybe my only complain in this final part of the story is that the heroes will be dealing with him like in the second act of three, where the climax would be getting back with Camazotz again in the present, obviously is something logical, but nevertheless this “god of the bats” not matter how powerful is and not matter how enhanced are his minions, a new kind of vampires, faster and more vicious, you can’t avoid to feel that once the arc of Vampire King Giles is resolved (I won’t say how), the hype of reading falls a lot since the “cool” threat was Vampire King and Camazotz is like a second banana compared to a Giles turned evil.
Refering to the whole story, the four parts, definitely is very cool novel, totally recommended to any Buffy, the Vampire Slayer fan where you have a dark future tale (someting always cool in any series) where familiar character like Willow and Xander are portraited having to deal with roles that aren’t typical of them but required to the story and where is really awesome to read about them.
Also, the story shows how important is the friendship of Buffy and Willow, where they are stronger together and where they argue for small things is where a mistake can be made causing fearsome repercusions.
Even, you’ll have a new Slayer around that I won’t say much but always a new girl answering the call of the Slayer is something cool to have in any Buffy story.

THE MOST FEARSOME ENEMY
Buffy Summers never faced such terrible villain, so far she had faced enemies such as The Master, Spike & Dru, Angelus and the Mayor…
…BUT…
…she never thought to have to face her own mentor!
In the previous two parts, Buffy and gang met a new kind a vampires, stronger and more vicious, led by Camazotz, known by the Mayans as “the god of the bats”. While they posed certainly a new level of threat, Buffy trusted to find a way to deal with these new vampires, however she is ambushed and Giles is captured. Buffy guessed that he was used as bait or hostage but Camazotz had other plans for the watcher, turning him into a vampire!…
…BUT…
…it was a terrible miscalculation by Camazotz since Giles resulted in the most cunning vampire ever, and soon Giles took control of Camazotz’s clan, meanwhile Buffy met an entity known as The Prophet that took her consciousness into her ownself five years in the future, finding out that she has been prisoner in a cell during all those five years, in a future where Giles is king of the vampires, reuniting a vast army of regular vampires along with the new kind of vampires, having total control of Sunnydale and beginning now to make moves to do the same on Los Angeles city.
Willow had to take lead of the gang along with new allies during those five years where close friends and allies fell or got missing.
Now, Buffy needs to find a way to stop this dark future if possible, along to get back her mind to her present.

This is the fifth and final novel of the “Lockwood & Co.” book series
EVERYTHING COMES TO AN END
Lucy Carlyle is once again working with Lockwood & Co., along with A.J. Lockwood and George Cubbins, keeping on payroll to Holly Munro and even adding now Quill Kipps.
In the last book, the story leaves a cliffhanger where they need to check out the grave of Marissa Fittes, a legendary heroines of the early days about The Problem, but as the book’s title hints, the Marissa Fittes’ coffin is empty.
However, our heroes now have to deal with Penelope Fittes but she and Marissa’s fate is tighter than they ever suspect.
Therefore, the humble Lockwood & Co. will have to fight against the Fittes Agency and all its resources and influence in London, so they soon will have to look for the possible allies even the unpredictable Whispering Skull.
Easily the darkest novel in the series (that after all, the series is quite dark already) and our heroes will have to be alert because the perils are the highest here!
Everything you wanted to know about how The Problem originated, and the foggy family past of A.J. Lockwood will be revealed here, so definitely, if you were reading the previous entries in the series, you need to read the epic conclusion!

This 22nd volume covers chapters 136-141.
OTHER OPTIONS AND MISCHIEF
In this 22nd volumen, the story arc about Peorth, the Fourth Goddess wanting to grow up back continues.
Previously, Hild, the big boss of hell and mother of Urd, is the only one able to get back Peorth to her former self, but Urd didn’t agree with the terms of Hild that it implies that Urd would go to hell (literally) with Hild.
Without making spoilers, Hild offers an alternative option that Urd accepts and even the other goddesses participate in the end. Hild, however, asks Urd to say "Mother" to her, but Urd isn't thrilled about it.
Hild even so will help them to avoid that Welsper would make any new curse. Welsper won't be the same anymore!
So, everything is good again, right?
Wrong!
Since, while Hild returns to hell…
…she leaves behind a small part of her who makes contact with non other than our favorite demon, Mara, and both are up to a new mischief to the bunch of goddess at Keiichi Morisato’s residence!
While I have clear that Oh My Goddess! is a Japanese manga story, I've read it sPeorth is back!
This 21st volume covers chapters 130-135.
NEW FORMAT
While I have clear that Oh My Goddess! is a Japanese manga story, I've read it so far in its American re-published format by Dark Horse Comics, and that was kinda better, not because of the language but because in the American format you have kinda TWO Japanese volumes covering the double of story...
...why is that better beyond of having more story?
Well, it was it seems that sometimes in the Japanese format, a storyline was parted in two volumes, so you have to read two volumes to understand a whole single story...
...since it's hard to rate a volume like this one at hand if the story isn't complete.
PEORTH HAS A SMALL TROUBLE
Peorth, the fourth goddess is back but she isn't like she used to be, now she was de-aged to look like a small child, but retaining her adult memories. You can guess that she's not happy about it and she wants to get back to normal.
Peorth goes to Keiichi Morisato's home and asks for assistance to your favorite trio of goddesses, Belldandy, Urd and Skuld but none of them are able to revert the condition of the fourth goddess.
The solution would come out for an unlikely character (present during the whole process) pointing out to a new character (but having old roots in one of the trio of goddesses).
However, the trouble is far from being resolved since the conditions of the new character aren't accepted, leaving us to a cliffhanger to be solved (I hope so!) in the next volume....more
This is the screenplay of the film of the same title, which is the third entry in the saga.
TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY THE BOOK
I willCould be better!
This is the screenplay of the film of the same title, which is the third entry in the saga.
TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY THE BOOK
I will saying kinda several elements from the movie since after all, this isn’t a novelization of the story but basically the screenplay of the film.
I wasn’t sure to buy the book since the movie didn’t impress me much but since it isn’t clear if Fantastic Beasts will continue as film saga and this could be the last entry of it, well, I already had all the previous books of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts, it could be odd to miss the very last book. I really do hope that the saga would go on, but if not, at least I have all the books so far.
I had to wait quite a bit to buy it since at least in my country, Costa Rica, the book didn’t arrive until several months after its release, and even so, the Spanish translated edition arrived first, and I had to wait a lot that the English edition would be available here (since I have on English all the previous books).
I am grateful that at least this screeplay includes some additional value having several sketches of costumes, scenarios and props of the movie, along with insight comments from key people of the production like David Heyman, David Yates, Eddie Redmayne, Jude Law, Mads Mikkelsen, etc…
...therefore I am not just reading the dialogues of a movie that I already watched but having interesting information giving some extra context to the story and characters.
ELECTED BY AN ANIMAL?
I think that something that mainly bothers me about the story was that while there is an election with votes by people, at the end, the preference of an animal would be recognized to appoint the new leader of the whole wizarding world community.
It’s illogical that a race that even practice slavery (domestic elves) would respect that an animal would know the kind of leader that he or she would rule over them.
I understand that since this second saga of the Wizarding World is about Fantastic Beasts, J.K. Rowling need to include animals on relevants roles in the story, but having one “electing” the leader of all the magical world is indeed absurd.
Even more absurd if you think that that animal almost “elected” a character that he’s one of the most popular characters in the whole franchise, but hardly I’d think that he is pure of heart, since he has done questionable things here and there, maybe for the good reasons but still I don’t think that he is pure of heart, but…
…I do think that he could be a great world leader, so that helps me to question if a person pure of heart can be the best choice to be a leader, since obviously can’t be a malignant character but the leader of many people will have to make hard choices here and there, so I don’t know if a person of true pure of heart would be able to make those hard choices.
In any case, that “electing system” of the wizarding world doesn’t work, at least from my point of view.
THE SAGA IS ON FREE FALLING
It doesn’t help to the story that Newt Scamander doesn’t have at hand his case, therefore, he only has two fantastic beasts with him (already too exposed in the two previous movies) during the most of the plot.
The first movie was really good but it’s clear that it was like a stand-alone experiment without expecting to be expanded into a multiple entries saga, and while the second one wasn’t that good, at least I was entertained a lot and even I understood that J.K. Rowling needed that second movie to make the foundation to be developed in the rest of the second saga, but here, when I was expecting more content, more evolution, the story is quite simple and even absurd, where…
…isn’t helping the big loss of Tina Goldstein in the story (I don’t know if there was some agenda problem with the actress but I don’t care, I needed Tina in the movie) for not saying the change of casting in Grindelwald (don’t get me wrong, I like Mads Mikkelsen and he did a good job but I didn’t like the re-cast was only because Warner was afraid that the legal problems at the moment with Johnny Depp would alienate the audience (that at the end resulted in positive light to him) (even more illogical since it seems that Warner still plans to premiere The Flash with Ezra Miller who is still a lot more polemic).
However, not matter the recast of someone and the missing of another, still the story isn’t that good and the saga seems to be drowing at the point that there isn’t any clear plans to make a fourth entry, which I found sad and losing the opportunity of watching the wizarding world involved in WWII and the rise of Voldemort, just to mention a couple of cool things to explore…
…for not saying that I was hoping that Jacob Kowalski and Queenie Goldstein could be resulting past relatives of some character of the original saga.
BUT…
…in a positive light I can say that new characters like Lally and having more exposition of Bunty was something that I enjoyed a lot, since certainly J.K. Rowling knows how to create charming characters that helps to balance the lack of a better solid story.
This is a charming book by J.K. Rowling that it’s kinda mix of Alice in Wonderland and the Island of Misfit Toys fromMerry Xmas!
SAVING DUR PIG
This is a charming book by J.K. Rowling that it’s kinda mix of Alice in Wonderland and the Island of Misfit Toys from Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
Jack is a child that while dealing with a new combined family, specially a new stepsister who is having troubles to accept the new family, he meets a magical pig who will help him to find his old pig toy in a magical realms made of several places where all lost things went.
I liked it a lot, since it’s told from the perspective of the kid and it’s quite realistic his way of analizing things and seeing life.
I believe that this story could make a wonderful stop-motion xmas TV special like those of 70s, even a movie since you got a lot of strange and cool places inside of the magical realm, therefore there is enough material to make a whole film, and while CGI is kinda the most usual way to make animated movies nowadays, I still think that a stop-motion option could be a wonderful way to present it.
This is one of the best reference books about the Wizarding World of Harry PotterThis charming book will put a spell on you!
WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA
This is one of the best reference books about the Wizarding World of Harry Potter that you can get nowadays in the market!
It's a comprehensive guide to ALL the spells (well, maybe not all, all, but having moren than 240 spells, I can tell you that it's the closest thing that you'll ever find around) used in ALL media about Harry Potter, not only novels (the core seven books along with the theater's adaptation of The Cursed Child) or movies (even there is a spell from a deleted scene from Deathly Hallows, Part 1), but also the video games (regular ones and LEGO versions), the trading card game and even tie-in official books (like Quidditch through the Ages) and JK Rowling's website...
...and the best is that it's updated to date (it was published around middle 2019), therefore including even The Crimes of Grindelwald film...
...so, it's easily the most updated Harry Potter reference book around nowadays (March 2020).
SECTUMSEMPRA
The book is in gorgeous hardcover, fine paper and using an additional purple ink to avoid being merely in black-and-white. Since it's an "unofficial" book, you won't find any picture but besides that, I can assure that the book has a charming (pun intended) presentation.
The book is so complete that you'll find along with the spells, also you'll find a guide to the different kind of woods and cores' materials used for wands.
The spells are in alphabetical order, but divided in three major sections: Spells (including counter-spells, healing spells, transfigurations, conjurations), Charms, and Curses, Hexes & Jinxes, but also a further section for Enchanted Objects.
You'll have a detailed explanation of each spell, including for what it's used, if required a pronunciation (along with a translation, since many are in Latin), or indicating that it's a non-verbal one, along with a visual graphic showing if it's required certain movement of hand using the wand. Moreover, indicating a "Magic Moment" (a moment when the said spell was used in a book, movie, video game, etc...), and going beyond with notes revealing even more context information about each spell, and even "hand-written" notes (very much like in the way of Half-Blood Prince).
Also, while it's alphabetical (per section), inside of Enchanted Objects, if some objects share a common topic (like The Deathly Hallows or the sports implements for Quidditch), those said objects are found in an easy to grasp entry.
So...
...if you didn't get your invitation letter for a Magical School or you don't want to wait seven years to learn all the spells...
...this book is a "must-have" one for any Harry Potter fan!

SABRINA FOR ALL TIMES
This is a very special publication by Archie Comics serving as tie-in for the Netflix Chilling Adventures of Sabrina streaming series, where you can get to know, not only this latest version of the iconic comic book character, but also about the whole history of Sabrina since its creation in 1962, making a journey through all its incarnations and adaptations, including comics, mangas, prose novels, along with animated TV shows and life-action TV shows.
Sabrina Spellman is without a doubt the favorite teenage witch, not only in her wicked current version but also in her charming original version, where she's still re-inventing herself in current comics of Archie Comics.
Of course, the huge impact of Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, with already two seasons (and a third one, just one week away from release!) gets a magical new hype to the character and in special to this darker version, but keeping her basic charm and good nature to give a right balance to the new formula...
...and here you can get A LOT of information about the Netflix show!
Moreover, re-prints of several comic books of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch in her different incarnations, and even some pages of her first prose novels (there are already two prose novels and a third one incoming).
Certainly this Sabrina, the Teenage Witch extravaganza is a must-read for any fan of the character!
