Currently Reading? Just Finished? 2019

Tami Hoag has to be one of my favourite authors and I’ve been anticipating her most recent release (the boy) for so long!! Currently only on page 164 but eager to see what she brings to the table throughout more of the novel :)

My first of Robert Olen Butler's books. I can guarantee it will NOT be my last!

Currently reading All the Missing Girls by Megan Miranda

I’m enjoying Where the Dark Streets Go by Dorothy Salisbury Davis. What a great book to start the year with.

A serial killer is targeting women in Portland, Oregon and a lawyer is arrested and charged with the crimes. Things get more complicated after that. Enjoyable mystery. 3 stars

I enjoyed that one, too. Hope to read more of his work.

In this 11th book in the 'Walt Longmire' series, Sheriff Longmire looks into the death of an elderly Indian while other people wrangle over a valuable fossil. The book can be read as a standalone but familiarity with the characters is a plus. Good story. 3 stars

Angie how was the book called The Lies We Told?"
Christine, I really enjoyed it. So many twists to the end. A great read.

True story about a California newspaper that wanted to write about various death penalty trials. They had to go to the U.S. Supreme Court TWICE to establish the public's right to attend ALL aspects of criminal trials. Good book. 4 stars
