it was amazing
bookshelves: biography, non-fiction

This book truly proves that a well written document can draw in a reader on any subject under the sun. I never would have imagined I'd be captivated by a non-fiction account of rowers working toward a shot at an Olympic gold medal. And yet it was a page turner and a tear jerker. I am sorry to say goodbye to those rowers as much as any characters from a top-notch book.

Cynthia Corral I hear this is a great book, but it's not something I would ever have chosen. I can't wait to hear if you like it.

Jenny So good!
