I have started a community cafe and a new pedestrian bridge project in my town, using Bucky's ideas and thinking to fuel the effort. It's a good life. I don't really get writer's block. Being a full time writer, in t…moreI get to pretend like I am always working when I am really just living, and then realizing the two are one is the same. Being a full time writer, in the service of a genius named Buckminster Fuller, is a hugely humbling and gratifying task. I finally feel like I am doing what I was always meant to do, and despite the fact that it took me way too long to write this book, I did it. That feels really good. (less)
