Elizabeth Gilbert Rhonda, I am so sorry to hear this. I have been there, and so have many others, and I can promise you that there is life on the other side. The only advice I can give you in such a simple format as this is to begin (today) to TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF. Try an experiment: Treat yourself as if you are the most precious thing on earth. No judgement, no self-hatred, no shame. Imagine that you are your own angel, and begin there. What does Rhonda need?
