He was undoubtedly hired for his ability to pronounce middle eastern names. I suppose he got them right. I don’t know. What I do know is that he apparently does not have a basic understanding of the French language. Which is a problem since a good chunk of the book takes place in France and several of the main characters are French. Take “eww de cologne” for example. Are you kidding me?? And oh my god his accent for the elderly British woman was painful.
